Deposit requirements
Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through this site are on a demand basis. Once your request has been made the local partner will check availability and will then inform you of the status of your booking request.
Travellers will then have 48 hours to secure the booking with their credit card details.
Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Bookings made less than 30 days before the intended date of arrival will pay 100% of the total booking value to confirm their reservation.
Booking Cancellations
A 100% deposit will be required to confirm your booking
Cancellation should be made two weeks or more before arrival. During the holiday season, cancellations should be made three weeks before arrival.
80% will be reimbursed for cancellation in both periods.
Cancellations made after the period outlined above and no-shows will not receive a refund.
Payment
This site processes visa, master, dinner, and American credit card payments. Should you have any concerns about unauthorised payments, please feel free to contact the local operator or the Lencois Maranhenses whl.travel office.
